The cost varies between $30 to $50, again, some lawyers will have you pay this directly to the providers but don\u2019t be fooled it is still a cost that must be paid.&nbsp; If you don\u2019t take the first class, you cannot <strong><a href=\"..\/bankruptcy\/\">file a bankruptcy case<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp; If you don\u2019t take the second class, your debt will not be eliminated.&nbsp; Do you want your lawyer to take care of this or would you prefer to do it on your own?&nbsp; Our <strong><a href=\"..\/portland-bankruptcy-attorneys\/\">Portland bankruptcy firm<\/a><\/strong> takes care of this process and our fee includes the cost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Optional costs are just that \u2013 not required and most Law Firms don\u2019t even mention these costs when quoting their fee.
