SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and client support messages to individuals who have requested an appointment through the Michael D. O’Brien & Associates PC. Attorneys at Law website at https://pdxlegal.com/ or through our online contact and scheduling forms and have expressly opted in to receive SMS communications. SMS consent is collected through our website using a dedicated opt-in checkbox.
Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
